Q. Where are you located?
A. We do NOT have a physical location. Jon's Oil is a completely mobile auto service. We come to you and service your vehicle at your home or office within a 25 mile radius of Newton, NC.
Q. Do you accept Credit / Debit cards?
A. YES!! We accept all major Credit / Debit cards, Cash, and Paypal.
Q. How much does your service cost?
A. We try to keep our prices as transparent as possible. We keep our prices updated under the 'Pricing' menu above. Some vehicles take more time or materials so we would be happy to give you a Free No Obligation Quote for your specific vehicle.
Q. Are you a full service mechanic?
A. No, We focus more on the maintenance of your vehicle. We do light repairs but some repair jobs do require the equipment of a brick and mortar auto shop. If we can't do the job we won't tell you we can.
Q. Why are you more expensive than the quick-lube down the street?
A. 1 - Premium service is our ONLY service.
2 - We guarantee the oil we use (AMSOIL) matches the specifications that your vehicle requires.
3 - Convenience! Time is money, you don't have to wait while your car is serviced.
Q. Which oil change is best for my vehicle?
A. Every vehicle manufacturer gives specifications for what oil type will work best. We will suggest AMSOIL OE or AMSOIL Signature Series because AMSOIL backs their oil with a warranty.
